|Review| Best Apps For Editing Pictures
Finding a good app for editing your pictures so you can post them online in hope that your crush will notice is hard nowadays. How are you possibly going to find that perfect app among the millions? You download a bunch of apps that perhaps with hope that you’ll find the perfect one, but end up deleting all of them. I’ve been there and done that, but while doing so, I eventually found four of the best apps in for every situation. Looking for an app that can photoshop your flat ass? Got it. No, it’s not the hundred dollar Adobe Photoshop one that you probably don’t know how to use.
Polarr - Minor Tweaks
Highlight of the app: Editing, Easy to navigate
Polar is more for editing your photos, making a few tweaks here and there. The app offers tools that can give your photo a nice Instagram touch. Many of the tools for free, but you can simply add more by purchasing them for a pretty low price. If you want to see the full list of specs, then head to the app store.

The filters cost money (for the REALLY nice ones) a few are free but I don't personally use them.
PicsArt - Photoshop, Watermark
Highlight: variety of tools, photoshop, filters
I have been using PicsArt for a long-ass time and it has been amazing. It's basically An all-in-one photo editor. The app offers basic photoshop, a easy to navigate toolbar, filters, and many other things. Everything is free, but if you want to get additional stuff like stickers or a background image, then you would need to pay. In fact, PicsArt is a social sharing site where users can upload their art/photo. For full details of the app, head to the app store. It’s available for both iOS and Android.
What PicsArt includes:
Drawing:
You can draw using this app using its many tools. PicsArt isn't really about drawing, but if you need to, download its app called Color that is meant for drawing and has dope-ass tools.
Photo editor-
You can create cutouts, crop, stretch, clone, add text and adjust curves. It also has photo filters (including HDR), frames, backgrounds, borders, callouts and more. PicsArt is absolutely amazing for when you want to create the double exposure effect. It's collage feature makes it great for making memes. There's a lot to talk about on this app so check the store for more details.
Phonto - Superimpose text over a photo
Highlight: Easy to use, Variety of free fonts
This app along with PicsArt is one of my favorites. It provides you with adding texts to your photo. It's honestly so simple. Just upload a picture from your gallery then add a text on it. However, if you have an android, then you won't get every single benefit of the iOS version. It's silly, but what can we do? It's absolutely free unless you want to remove the ads and there are also templates that cost money. If you don't already like the hundreds of already pre-installed fonts, then you can download fonts off of the internet. You can follow the directions of how to download the fonts on their app, but make sure you check the license before downloading. I use the website called Dafont to download that fonts I like.
What you can do with the fonts:
More than 200 fonts are available.

I understand that you're a bit hesitant to download files off of the internet, but it's fine as long as you double check what's being downloaded, and remember to check the licensing.
April - collage/layout
Highlight: Variety of layouts and collages
April will soon be your favorite app when you want to create a collage or simply design a front cover of your presentation. You cannot go wrong with April's cute designs, filters, and easy navigation. If you want, it's available on iOS and Android.
What it features:
1. On certain layouts, you can pick up to 9 photos. You can chose a template that's already made or you can create on yourself.
2. Every photo is easily managed. You can flip, rotate, mirror, zoom in or out. Every picture can have it's own unique filter. With more than 40 filters, your collage will sure look amazing.
3. Filters are absolutely tumblr. It's not like the ones that are overly saturated or anything.
4. You can add text. It's simple and easy. You can manage your text the way you want by rotating it, flipping it or any other thing. To take it to the next level, April added a feature that will make sure your text is perfectly lined up with the picture itself. Although, I recommend using Phonto with this app because there is a limited font count.
As Always,
Rhild Rhants
